Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Exterior Snap AI (“we”, the app) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the mobile app and to exteriorsnapai.app.

What we collect

Photos you upload

When you create a preview, the photo you choose is sent to our processing service so a result can be generated and returned to you. Your photos and the previews made from them are stored so that they appear in your project gallery.

Account and purchase data

If you create an account or subscribe, we process the identifiers needed to keep your projects attached to you and to validate your subscription. Payments are handled by Apple and Google — we never see your card details.

Usage and diagnostics

We collect basic, aggregated usage and crash information so we can find bugs and understand which features are used. This is not used to identify you personally.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not publish your photos or previews without your permission.
• We do not use your photos for advertising.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform the contract between us (generating the previews you ask for), on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service working and secure, and on the basis of your consent where consent is required.

Retention

Projects stay in your gallery until you delete them or delete your account. When you delete an account, the associated photos and previews are removed from active systems, and from backups on our normal backup rotation.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to certain processing. Write to support@exteriorsnapai.app and we will respond within the period required by law.

Children

The app is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required in their country to consent to data processing.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
