Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Exterior Snap AI app or exteriorsnapai.app. By using either, you agree to them.

What the service is

Exterior Snap AI generates AI visualizations of renovation ideas from a photograph you provide. The output is a design concept. It is not an architectural drawing, a structural assessment, a planning document, a quotation, or a guarantee of what a finished renovation will look like or cost.

Your photos

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload them, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights or privacy. You grant us the limited licence needed to process those photos in order to produce your previews and show them back to you.

Your previews

Subject to these terms and to your subscription being in good standing, you may use the previews the app produces for your own purposes, including showing them to contractors, architects and clients. If you publish them, say that they are AI visualizations.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload photos of property or people where you have no right to do so.
• Do not use the app to mislead someone about the actual state of a property.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or automate access to the service.

Subscriptions

Paid features are sold as subscriptions through the App Store and Google Play. The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and are cancelled and refunded through the store you bought them from, under that store’s policies.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. AI output varies, and we do not warrant that a preview will be accurate, buildable, compliant with local regulations, or achievable within any particular budget. Always confirm materials, colours, structure and permissions with a qualified professional before starting work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA Savex Labs is not liable for renovation decisions made on the basis of a preview, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed. We may suspend accounts that breach them.
